Shipping and Returns

 

SHIPPING :

California Shipping, Local Delivery and Out of State Shipping

• California Shipping ($100 per bike)
• Out of State Shipping ($150 per bike)
• Local Pickup (Free)
• Local Delivery (Depends on order size)

RETURNS:

Returns, for any reason other than defective Products, are not accepted without Supplier’s prior written consent, which shall be in Supplier’s sole and absolute discretion. In the event that Supplier provides written consent for a return of Products, Reseller shall pay to Supplier, contemporaneous with the return, a restocking fee equal to ten percent (10%) of the purchase price of that portion of the order that Reseller returned. Supplier shall then refund the balance of the purchase price, if any, for that portion of the return, within thirty (30) days of the return and Reseller’s payment of the restocking fee, less any other charges payable by Reseller. All returned Products must be unopened, in original packaging and accompanied by their supporting documentation. Supplier has the right to determine the location for the Product return. Reseller shall be responsible for all costs associated with any return, including all handling, processing, duty, customs, freight, service charge and/or associated costs.
