Monthly Maintenance Check List

  1. Inspect the Frame
    • Look for any signs of damage, including dents, cracks, or

  2. Check the Spokes

    • Squeeze the spokes to check their tension; they should flex slightly and return to their original position.

  3. Examine the Forks
    • Inspect the forks for any signs of loose bolts, cracks, dents, or

  4. Assess the Gears
    • Check the chain to ensure it flows smoothly around the front chainring and rear
